Default How did you come out in February?

I did better this month than I did in January except eating out. We went one more time this month than last month and there were fewer days this month. Other than that I did well. Improvements are always welcomed!

We ate out 4 of the 29 days of February (only 3 in January).
I added $75 to the EF, which was more than in January.
I saved $46.90 in coupons, which was more than in January.
I added to my change jars.

I blew my grocery challenge again, but not as much as I did in January, so that is an improvement. I had budgeted $500 for groceries and I went over by $40.06. I need to work on this again in March. I did do a little stockpiling, which will help out down the road.

Good luck to everyone in March!

I think we came out great.

~ Paid off all credit card debt
~ Didnt eat out once in Feb.
~ Stayed below budget for the Grocery Challenge
~ All bills were lower this month (electric, phone, cell phones)
    ~ Cooking from pantry/freezer

I did OK too. I didn't exercise as much as I wanted, but I was within my budget in spite of some last minute expenses that weren't anticipated.

My main goal financially was to get my Discover Card balance below $1500 and I totally shattered that, as I'm actually below $400. Yay!

I did pretty well, between my extra pay check and income tax refunds I was able to send quite a bit of money against my credit card debt.

I've cut way back on entertainment expenses as well. Instead of going out all the time. Instead of going out every weekend I only went out once this month. The rest of the time was spent hanging out at either my house or the boyfriend's house.

I really need to focus in on more no spend days and of course knocking down how much I eat out. I do really well in the evenings but lunch is always a challenge.
    Have a nice day. Traci
