    Default Termite treatment??

    I'm not sure where to post this question, but anyway....we discovered termites in our house yesterday and I'm wondering what to watch out for in dealing with exterminators and treatment plans? I think we'd feel better not trying to do-it-yourself on this.

    i used orkin termite and they are gone!

    we also fixed the leaky roof which was to source of juicy wood they were munching on.
    11% gross to retirement
    10% takehome to tithe and offerings
    emergency fund maintained at 3000(works for me)
    credit card debt 7500
    mortgage free
    freedom accounts/sinking funds that ebb and flow
    then live on the rest!

    i am trying something new. LDS church advises savings or debt repayment should be the same as the tithe. 10% each.

    Do you know any realtors in your area? Houses always require inspections prior to sale, you might beable to get a good recommendation from a realtor. One thing I know is to make sure they guarantee their work.
