Uses for Jelly Belly jelly beans
Does anyone have recipes which include jelly beans as an ingredient?
I have 1/2 quart of these things, and rather than eat them mindlessly, I'd like to do something creative! Thanks for any advice!Wife to Kevin: 20 years

You could make a cake and sprinkle them over the top or on top of frosted cupcakes. I did this for Easter. They are also good just to eat (mindlessly)

Jelly Bellys wouldn't last that long around me, LOL.
I like the idea of using them on cupcakes.
Sorry I don't have anything creative of my own to add.

I am not to creative but found this on the net:
Use leftover Jelly Beans from Easter to make these wonderful crisp, sweet, and chewy bar cookies.
INGREDIENTS:
3 Tbsp. butter
1 (10 oz.) pkg. marshmallows
5 cups crisp rice cereal
1-1/2 cups assorted jellybeans
PREPARATION:
In large microwave safe bowl, combine butter and marshmallows. Cook on high power for 3 minutes, stirring halfway during cooking time. Stir until smooth. Add cereal and jellybeans; stir until coated. Press mixture into a buttered 13x9" pan and let cool. Serves 12-16
Good Luck,
