I checked out the sale and the one at Thousands of Bolts and also Fabric Depot. I had to remind myself that Keepsake Quilting will be having their yearly sale soon. Gotta be good, gotta be good.....

What kind of deal does Keepsake QUilting usually have?

I'm not sure of their on-line site but at the store people start lining up in the wee hours of the morning. First Friday and Saturday in June. Make your own scrap bags, all you can fit and close in a Ziploc type bag for $5. Many fabrics, discontinued and overstocks for close to half off. Patterns and notions randomly picked to go under the sale tent at good bargains. I got a walking foot for $5 and a Big Foot for freemotion quilting for under $10. Now if you can pack the scraps (mostly off size FQs, 1/2 yds and end of bolts) like I have, you will walk away with 5 yards of LQS fabric for 5 bucks. Hmmm, 10 of these treasures = $50 with a retail value of $500. Maybe you can book a flight, see the country and break even.
