I have to agree Michelle. I find I like to use solids for sashing or especially for bindings but I love prints.
Sometimes I will also use solids as backups for prints, meaning that if I am making a sample block for instance, I'll use a solid color in the background in order for the prints to show up better, sort of like a shadow I guess you would say.
I love prints though!!

I use them pretty equal but a few more solids, Mostly cuz I have a hard time figuring out if things go together, and I find it easier to decide when it is solids.
