My wonderful weekend

I was on a quilting bus trip.We went to 5 quilt stores in the Cincinatti area that's a 4 hour trip from here.I bought loads of fabric....the prices in the U.S. are about 50% less than here so I was actually being very frugal (that's my story and I'm sticking to it)There were 40 of us on the bus and we all had a great time.....so now I have to sew and quilt.

That sounds like a lot of fun! They have them around here too when they have the Shop Hops going on, but I haven't been on one. The frugal in me comes out and I'd be 'afraid' to spend the money I'd want to spend at each and every store

Good for you. You have to enjoy yourself once in a while and finding a place that had fabrics for less than the norm is an extra bonus. I'm an early bird when Keepsake Quilting has their once a year sale.
