Baltimore Quilts

I am really drawn to Baltimore quilts and would like to attempt a small one soon. Has anyone ever made a Baltimore quilt? I'd love to hear about your experience and see your finished product

I've also never appliqued and I'm thinking of starting with machine applique using fusible fabric. I know it's not the traditional hand applique, but I'm not sure if I have the patience for hand applique right now. And, of course, my skills are nil in both areas. Anyone ever done machine applique or used fusible fabric?

My snowman quilt was done with machine applique and fusible web. I don't have the time to do hand applique right now. I have taken a course for it Applique isn't my favorite type of quilting although I've done a bit of it.
