Stained glass quilts?
I am not a quilter *yet*. LOL
But I did see some really pretty quilts online that were called stained glass quilts. Have any of you made these quilts? They are just so beautiful.

Sara, I have never made one. I have seen many of them and although they are beautiful, they are not my type at this time anyways. I might change my mind at a later date if I could take a course on them.

Those are pretty. Maybe someday I will get around to trying that too. I have so many things I want to try.

Mel, thats so funny you should ask. At the quilting store where I'm now purchasing my material, the owner wants me to take a stained glass course. I'm thinking on it!!!
btw - you can now get sticky bias tape for these types of quilts. You just stick the bias tape on the outlines and it works perfect. A lot easier than the old way.

Very, very pretty! I've heard of them but hadn't seen one yet. Thanks for the pic. I like the idea of the sticky bias tape.
