Happy Dance Thread Score!
Stopped at a thrift store while working over on the other coast.
Found a big basket full of wooden spools of thread. New still in shrinkwrap for .10 a piece!!! All the colors of the rainbow. Perfect for several of the quilts I have in the planning and gathering stage.
Blew my mad money and bought 10.00 worth.

Wow! That was a good score. Makes your day doesn't it?
I am always watching for zippers and feel the same way when I find a bunch......especially if they are the longer ones as you can always shorten them!

Sounds like you were just like a kid in a candy store
You found a great way to blow that mad money of your's. All that thread would've cost a small fortune in a retail store!
Loved hearing about it, and now I can't wait to see all the pictures of your quilts!
