I am using mostly old clothes FF. I am using my rotary cutter for most of the work. My biggest problem is I am too lazy to take the 1/2 mile walk up to the old house to get the rest of the jeans I need.
maybe today. I have quite a few things on the go right now and the mess in the LR is piling up so I thought I would try to clear some of this away first....before DH throws it all out the door!
Watched some videos last night on YouTube on how the are done and really learned alot.

Mahalo for the pictures FF!! Love the black and white one - would make my etes go buggy to do it - I am sure!!
Mahalo for the terrific quilting magazines!! What a wonderful surprise!! I am anxious to start some of them - and at least will be putting the fabrics aside for the projects I want to do - I always feel better when i have chosen the fabric!! Will let you know what I find in my stash to use!!Travel light. The baggage of the past can only hold you back.

Was starting to wonder if you got them......but I wasn't going to say a word.
But one thing-------I knew they weren't in a SNOWBANK somewhere!!! But after today would have wondered if they got washed away!!
You and DC have the same Xmas one------with your love for the holidays thought you both would/could use it. It will be fun to see how 2 people interpret the patterns..........can't wait!

Will be sure to post pictures - definitely don't have the stash of Christmas fabric that DC has, but I shall improvise!!

Just realized that March is almost upon us - whew this month went by quickly - glad we have a few more days in March!!Travel light. The baggage of the past can only hold you back.

Oh now....just settle down!! No competition at all.
I just love it when two people are working on the same thing. They can be interpreted sooooooo differently. THAT IS HOW YOU LEARN---IMO!
One of my friends that sews, doesn't even COME CLOSE to my color combo's.......but we can still assist with opinions and etc. We even disagree HOW to do a couple things......but we continue on---doing our own thing. She is the one that helped with the yellow and blue quilt but it is a color combo that she NEVER would have done........she is all into the 'country thing'......and rather pale colors.

Debbie - we may have the same patterns, but have you really looked at your stash of Christmas Fabric from your mom? No competition at all my dear. However, I know that we both will have a great time creating!! And posting pictures for FF (and everyone one else too!!)
