    Talking My first Fat Quarters

    I bought my first fat quarters today! I also recieved my self healing mat and rotary cutter from Joanns online. (I ordered that on the 1st of December, so I am really pleased with getting it so soon.) I would post a pic of my fq's but I don't know how. I bought my fq's for the turtorial and some extras to do projects with. Our local quilt store had a buy 12 get the 13th free sale, so I figured I might as well get some. Had to do something fun for my birthday! LOL I think I could get hooked on buying these!!

    P.S. I also bought my first book~Quilters Complete Guide by Marianne Fons and Liz Porter

    I love fat quarters also. I'm so happy for you. Okay, now you need to tell us the colors and why you chose those colors. Also, how many did you get???

    Michelle I pm'd you. CJ I got 10 for the tutorial and 3 extra to do something else with. I got darks and lights mostly. Burgundy and a lighter rose color, dk and lt blue, purple and pink, dk green, lt green, Yellow and dark purple (eggplant). They all have some pattern on them-flowers, swirls etc. Those are for the tutorial. I got a lady bug print, 2 pink baby looking flannels and a purple flower flannel for other projects. I will try to post a pic later.
