Question Where do you store your material

I purchased an antique cupboard especially for my fat quarters.
I have a cooler that my other material is in.
I purchased a plastic container for my scrap pieces.

    How about you?

Under the bed folded on top of my cutting board for now. I bought an under bed box, but when I got it home I realized it fit the wrapping paper perfectly...so I have to buy another box! LOL

I keep mine in an antique dresser.

All the misc items like buttons, pins, thread, go in the top six small drawers, the fabric goes in a deep drawer below. Not really a great way to visually see fabrics together, but it works for storing.

I'd much rather have a cupboard like homestead has, but bamamomto3 reminded me I have a nice antique shelf in the garage that would show case the fabrics and it will hold a lot more fabric than what I currently have....does that mean I get to go buy some more?

I am gonna get hubby to haul that in for me....this is going to be so much fun!

Where don't I store fabric, should be the question!

I have a large dresser full, a linen closet full, a bedroom closet full, dh took the bar out and put in shelves for me. I also have a hamper and at least 3-4 large (24 gallon size) plastic storage containers full.

This is all different types of fabric, not just cotton for quilting.

All of mine is in a large, clear (see-through) lidded container that slides under the bed.

Scraps are in 18 gal tote.

I have fabric on a bookcase (just fabric, no books LOL), and a utility cabinet, and in some of the Rubbermaid pull out drawer chests.
