Question Could you make a quilt in the colors you don't like?

Our dil wants a quilt made in purple, cream and olive green. Now purple and olive green are NOT my favorite colors in fact I don't like these colors at all. But I am determined in the new year to make a quilt with those colors for her.

Could you make a quilt in colors you don't like or enjoy!!

Absolutely. I am not really fond of yellow, but I would make an all yellow quilt for my MIL if she asked! Her favorite color. LOL (just and example)

I LOVE Purple. Dark purple, lavender, all shades! I want to make a wedding ring quilt (someday) with purple or lavender, hunter green and cream.

It would be classed a selfless act, and if the person was important to me, yes.

I have crocheted many things in colors that I dont particularly like, so I am sure I can when I become a great quilter.
