    Thanks CJ. I have a friend from highschool I keep in touch with that has a quilt like they are discussing. It was made from old dresses and work shirts. Each generation has the responsiblitly of repairing any damage from the generation before. It has gone down through 4 or 5 women I think. This to me is the epitome of quilting. Keeping family memories alive
