Do any of you have a "Little Foot" for your machine?
A lady I did a trade with from another board told me about these... she loves hers.
I found them on the Little Foot website (www.littlefoot.net) and they are $19.95. I think it would be well worth it. I think when I can I will order one.
Do any of you have one?The Little Foot® was designed as an aid for quilters to obtain consistant 1/4" seam allowance. The right side of the foot is axactlt 1/4" to the right of needle center. By aligning your fabric with this edge for every seam, you will achieve a consistant seam allowance. The left side is wider to cover more feed dogs for better fabric control.Sherry

I don't have one Sherry, because my 1/4 inch seam allowance is built into my computer on my sewing machine. I push a button and I have my 1/4 inch seam.
I think they would be well worth it though, because once again I can't stress how important that 1/4 inch seam allowance yet. You ladies will probably get sick of hearing me say this but its the true. Just make sure it will fit your machine.

I don't have one on my machine, probably because of how old it is, but the standard foot width is 1/4".
Here is a picture of the "Little Foot".~~ Dee ~~

I've got one- came with my machine. Sherry, if you can't get the foot, they do sell 1/4" tape that you can apply right to the fabric to get correct seam allowance. I'm sure you could re-apply several times before it lost it's stickiness.
