To a wonderful friend
She knows who she is - thank you so very much for the wonderful parcel I received in the mail today.
I will be able to make a number of baby quilts for charity from all the quilting material you sent.
Along with that, she send me some "lace" and you all know me and lace. And then to top it off, she printed out some recipe cards for me (how did she know my printer isn't working!!!).
I just wanted to publicly thank you for being so thoughtful and kind. It brought a smile to my face and each time I use a piece of material or lace from this box, I'll think of you.
I've always said friendship was a gift. You are indeed a gift to me and a treasure worth far more than diamonds!!

When I was 16 and pregnant I was given a quilt donated to an organization for at risk pregnancies. It meant so much to me it was the only new thing I had for my beautiful baby. I still have it and tears are coming to me thinking about those times and how much that quilt means to me. Your friend is so wonderful for sending you those things and you are truly a blessing to this world C.J.
