I am hoping to still be in the club even though I have not finished all the previous tutorials and have not touched a thing this summer. I hope that I will do better in the winter. I have not been participating in the swaps either since I am just overwhelmed with stuff to do here. If you need to participate more to be in the club, then I will probably need to be booted out. It's okay, I will still read the posts and print for later use.

Pat, no no no LOL that was not the intent of my post
Believe me, I haven't done many of the tutorials either. In fact I think I've only done 2 of them, maybe 3. I've cut back on swaps and things like that too because things have just been crazy here.
Summer is always a busy time for everyone, and I've been overwhelmed with things here as well.
We would never kick you out of the club--it's for fun, not to be the source of stress
I was just wondering who is in the club because the forum seems to be really quiet lately (again partly due to the season and also because of all that some of our Village members have been going through lately).

ME!!
I'm a beginner, but willing to learn - can't I get an "A" for effort for that?!?!

I'm still here but waiting for cooler weather. When that comes I'll need some people to motivate me. Sewing is something I am not good at.

I'm in! but have put my stuff away for maybe a year or more cuz we are moving to a smaller place till our house is built. So I might go crazy with no sewing. I might have to just hand piece a lap quilt.

I'm here too Chelle, but too tired to get motivated lately. Hopefully the cooler weather will help.

Well you all know that I'm here, although just a wee bit quite the past couple of weeks.
Please, no one think there is any pressure being put on to finish the tutorials to stay in the quilting club. Those tutorials are there for everyone, whether in the club or not. You can do them at your own speed and when your ready. (They just happen to be part of the club, thats all. They aren't the whole club though okay.)
Summer is a time for fun and relaxation and so theres no pressure you have to quilt.
Glad your all still here. Watch after the Labour Day weekend for a few more things rolling around. Also, hope you all seen the new contest and that you'll take part. Love to see how many blocks we can get and remember, there are prizes for the member whose name is drawn.

I'm here- I haven't done a lot of quilting this summer, just too darn hot. I do have several ready to work on for charity and for the new babies on the way to our family.
