I know this is early to post this, but I want to give you all a chance to get your supplies. This mystery quilt will be done in a tutorial so that you can see what your doing, but you will not know what it is until we put the blocks together.

This quilt will be a wall hanging.

    The size will be 16 3/4 x 28 3/4 inches

Block Size will be 4 " squares.

    Materials required:

*Fat eighth (11" x 18") each of four gradations of fabric (light, medium, medium-dark and dark) *I'm using blues
    1/2 yd. of black fabric
    5/8 yd. of backing
    5/8 yd. of batting
Fat quarter for binding (you might want to wait to purchase this.)

    You will also need:

For this one CJ are we doing different hues of the same color? Ie baby blue, medium blue, dark blue and navy? Just wondering

I still have a ways to go on the first tutorial, but I will get there.

Thats right Melody, although rather than using a solid navy, I would use a dark blue with a pattern in it (navy), kwim.
