    Exclamation Quilting tip #15

ALWAYS be sure that you keep your thread away from direct sunlight. Just as the sunlight will ruin your material or bend your cutting mat, it will also degrade your thread.

Thread is such an important part of your quilt. You want to make sure its always in the best condition possible.

Thanks CJ. I had never even thought about the effect of the sun on my thread and my thread rack was in the sunlight most of the day. I am going to move it to another wall. Thanks again for the handy hint.
