Default I'm taking a quilting class

My friend asked me if I wanted to take a quilting class with her, and I said yes! It's a 3 week class, we will be making a lap quilt. It's not until October, but that'll be here soon! I'm trying to decide what colors I want to use. I'm sure I'll be posting lots of questions here! I'm very excited!!

WTG Gina. Quilting classes are so much fun and you learn so much. Can't wait to see what you make.

I'm taking one in October as well. Were going to be doing "stack and wack". Can't wait.

I'm really looking forward to the class. Although, the instructor didn't say anything about bringing any material or supplies to the class. Wouldn't you think I'd need to bring material or something to the first class, since its only 3 sessions? Any suggestions?

Gina, phone the instructor or the quilting store that is giving it. Ask for a list of what you need. Usually when you take a quilting class they tell you before hand what to bring.

I asked my friend (she signed us up), if there was a number to call to find out what we need and she said no, I find that strange. But, I think I'll call the school where its being held and see if I can find out any info. I'll put my "detective cap" on and see what I can find out! I'm getting excited, I can't wait to pick out material!!!
