    Thumbs up Went to a quilting show today

    Oh my, my head is spinning with new ideas. There were 125 quilts there and oh my, the material was something else. I ended up with 10 fat quarters, found another quilting shop to visit and have on order more flannel for baby quilts.

    More Red Hat material is coming out as well.

    If any of you can get to a quilting show, be it small or large, it is well worth your time to go. The inspiration you get from talking with other quilters or quilting store owners is awesome.

    It was a fun afternoon.

    btw - when we got home, dd wanted to know if we should hide the material from dad. Too funny, but she is learning fast.

    Glad you had a wonderful time! I still have never been to a show - I will definitely have to start keeping my eyes and ears open for one.

    Me too Kay.

    I would love to go to the quilting show in Houston. Its this Oct. but they have one every year. Just maybe next year.

    CJ the quilt show in Houston (TX) is awesome, we use to go when I lived there my mom & sis still go.
