machine ??
I am looking to purchase a new sewing machine that will help me with my quilting. I know there are machines out there that have specific stitches for quilting.
I am limiting my self to under $800.00.
Can anyone suggest a brand?

The two best machines on the market are Husqvarna and Pfaff. With husqvarna you will need a walking foot. With Pfaff, they are specifically made for quilting.
You can do an on-line search by going to google and typing in either Husqvarna or Pfaff.
Both have great warranties which you need to look at. And both are absolutely wonderful machines.
My advice to anyone purchasing a sewing machine to purchase all the machine you can with the money you have. Don't go cheap because a sewing machine is a lifelong investment and you'll only regret it later, especially if your going to do lots of quilting.
