    Question I need your help

I have no sewing abilities whatsoever, but I want to learn to quilt so bad. I have decided that I want to try hand quilting, since I do not have a sewing machine right now and can't really afford to get one at the moment either. Does anyone have any links to a beginners site or any sites that might be of help to me. I have tried searching myself, but where I am clueless, everything looks like it is for the advanced quilter............TIA

    quilters cashe

They have lots of info and many blocks from beginner to pro.

I would start with a block with squares or rectangles no triagles untill you hace at least one quilts under your belt.

But I am a triangle phobic I have made 10-12 quilts and have not tried triangles yet. They are scarry! (to me )

I agree with Kim. Start with a simple pattern. Once you've mastered the hand quilting, then you can do any pattern.

btw Kim - triangles are easy once you've figured out how to do them. There are just so many patterns with triangles in them I can't imagine not doing triangles.
