Need suggestions..............

WooHoo! I have finally gotten all 4 blocks of my very first quilt pieced together and now it's time to start searching for a fabric for the border. I'd like to do a solid color but just can't decide what would look best.

I don't have a pic of the blocks all sewn together, but here are 3 of the blocks.........

This one is shades of green......

The 4th block is shades of black.

So, what do you think would look good with all of these?????

Your blocks look kind of scrappy. Have you thought of doing a border using an element in the blocks, like the flying geese unit? You could even do sashings of the unit too. Just a thought.

I can't really tell, is there a color that is in all four blocks? Or, perhaps there is a color that is not in any of the blocks you could use all on its own?
