    Thumbs up Here it is

This is so neat. This quilt is not done in blocks. Its one whole piece of material for the background and then the pattern is sewn on. The circle in each plate is hand quilted along with the quilting of the quilt.

There are a few areas I will need to repair.

btw - I put another one away. I'll be picking it up on the 27th. Its completely done by hand - is very simple and yet pretty in its own way.

Is this one you made? Or an antique that you found?

It's pretty and I can't believe it's all done by hand. I can't wait to see the other one too. Enjoy your quilts. Any idea the age of them?

That is beautiful! I have one quilt that my grandmother made. It's a simple block quilt but it's made from her old dresses.. it's very very special to me. Quilts are neat!
