    Default Cutting Fat Quarters

I have a question: I bought six meters worth of fabric (three colors, two meters each). I'm wondering what would be the best way to cut it into fat quarters. Is that just cutting it in half over and over again until I have several pieces the sizes I need? Or is there a certain measurement I need to make?

Take one metre, fold it in half and then in half again. You now have your fat quarters.

I often cut my material up into fat quarters. Its easier for me to store, I have them all organized so I know what colors I have and seldom do you use larger pieces except for borders or sashing.

Are you palms getting sweaty and your knees are weak? Do I hear some 1970's porn music in the background?

My palms are sweaty, my knees are creaking instead of getting weak, no porn music however my tongue is hanging out and I'm drooling like the St. Bernard down the street.
