Fall Wallhanging Q & S
Some of you may recognize this as I showed you pictures when I pieced the top of this. I meant to finish it, but I didn't get a chance to before fall ended, so I put it away and forgot about it. Well I'm happy that I found it the other day just in time for me to finish it for this fall.
So here it is all quilted and bound. This was my first time binding a quilt, and I have to say I didn't really enjoy it
This is a very versatile design as you can use different colors for the "logs" and put a Christmas tree in the center, or a big heart for Valentine's Day, etc.
The top and left side look a little funky because I used the same fabric for the binding that I did for the log. I suspected that it would end up blending...I should have listened to myself and picked a dfferent one. Oh well. Live and learn
I am happy to finally be done with this one! Another UFO complete

I like it, you really captured "fall" with your colors.

I found this while searching for something else and thought I'd share with some of our newer members.
I'll be sure to show anything else I find too, so be warned

This is so pretty. I love the design and the rich color combination is awesome. The little orange pumpkin is my favorite part.
