Smile Quilting progress reports on UFO's

I'm working on 3 projects and have numerous UFO's in my quilting room.

I love making quilt tops and always have good intentions of getting them quilted. However along comes a new pattern, new material or a new project and I lay it aside to start another one.

I'm determined to get some UFO's done by Jan. 1st and thought I'd report my progress.

I purchased 12 bags of batting (queen size) yesterday so I'm starting this morning and will report my progress as I go.

Anyone else in a similar situation and want to report their progress too?

I did lots of quilting over the weekend. I got the following done:

~one quilt quilted (12 blocks) and have started the binding.
~one block done on my BOM quilt. (I'll post a picture in a bit).

I'm trying to finish up two window quilts I started at the beginning of the summer. I'm still working on piecing the tops. I've been working on the one for ds's room quite a bit lately and today I worked on the one that will go in ds2's room. I might sit for a bit now and work again on the first one (I need to piece one more row and then get the remaining rows put together - I'm about halfway done on that).

    Today I:

~finished sewing the binding to the above quilt. I just have to stitch it to the back.
    ~started the second BOM tonight.
~worked on the "surprise" quilt today. I almost finished "one" part.

Worked on the BOM today. I made a huge cutting mistake on it last night so had to do some major repairing today.

I got a good bit pieced on a row of the first quilt last night and finished the row up today. I don't know if I'll get any more accomplished tonight or not.

On my charm quilts that has 2000 unique 2 1/2 pieces I pieced together one border. Have three more to go and then that top is done. Yesterday on a lap quilt I appliqued a couple of flowers on.

I got 2 rows attached to quilt top #1 yesterday, but now of the remaining rows I am missing one! I have looked everywhere for it and cannot find it at all. I don't have a clue what has happened to it.

I finished the top to the charm quilt and now have to decide whether to send it off to be quilted or do it myself. I'll need to purchase backing but am going to wait for a sale.

Kim, sorry you can't find that row. Hopefully it will turn up before you do another row.

Kay, got a picture to show us.

I walked into my quilting room yesterday and walked out. I didn't get one bit of quilting done. After I pick up dd from music clubs at noon, I'm not going anywhere until Mon. morning. I plan on quilting the weekend away.

I've been forgetting to post here! I attached 3 more rows (can't remember when) and have 1 more to go. I still can't find the one that's missing. I'll figure something out as I don't have enough fabric left to make another row the way I wanted.

I am nearly finished putting the applique patches on my brights lap quilt. Should be finished in a few days and then I get to quilt it. I am determined to finish up some UFOs here in the next few months. I have set a goal to finish 3 by Spring.

Finished the binding on the quilt I was making. All appliqued pieces are now sewn on the quilt.

Finished more blocks for the charity quilt. I'm sewing those blocks together now to make another single bed quilt.

Getting ready to pin dgs's quilt. Top is all finished other than having to sew the border on and quilt it.

I got 2 rows of blocks sewn together last night for the charity quilt.

I picked from my stash, material for the border of dgs's quilt. Today I plan on cutting the material and getting the border done. Then I'll pin and machine quilt it. I'd rather be hand quilting it, however just don't have the time to get everything for Christmas done.
