ROFL, my surprise quilt - this is so NOT me
I'm calling this quilt "It doesn't matter". I found the pattern in a magazine and told dh I just had to make it. Like most of my quilting, I learnt something in making this and I learnt something about myself as well. It just doesn't matter if the lips are too large, if the colors are the craziest colors going or it's a pattern I would never have made up until 6 months ago. Because my life is different now and I've changed in ways never expected most things that use to matter to me now don't. I'm walking to the beat of my own drum more so than I ever did and I'm enjoying every single minute of it!!
I hope you can go away with a huge CHUCKLE when you see this one!!!

I think it is great. I think it shows that you are now doing what you love because you love to and no other reason. Maybe it should be call the fish of freedom.
