Smile Quilting projects I've been working on

I know I wasn't going to start anymore projects (except the baby quilts for charity) until I finished the other UFO's I have around here. However I couldn't resist doing these.

The first is a pot holder I made for a friend. There was suppose to be a Santa in the middle. I didn't have any Santa material so used the bear instead.

The second is a wall hanging I found in Country Woman magazine (2005). I fell in love with it so much I went out and bought the magazine. I had seen it in the magazine at the library.

Last picture. this is another charity quilt. The pink material is really a red material with the ABC's on it. I ran out of it, so had to go with the blue and white. The thin border is a burgundy color.

That second one looks hard to do. I am almost afraid to attempt set-in corners. I am afraid it would not look as lovely as yours. I do need to challenge myself. Maybe I will attempt a pillow.

Awesome CJ! All of your projects are georgeous! Your friend will love the potholder. I know I would! You did a great job on each one.

Question? How big do you make your charity quilts? Are they all baby quilts or do you made adult quilts too? Does the pattern on the charity quilt have a name or did you make it up? I've never seen it before and think it's a really neat pattern.
