Smile I am itching to buy some quilting material

It's been a couple rough days here trying to recuperate from surgery. I'm feeling sorry for myself today and want so bad to head to the city and buy a ton of quilting material. I haven't been able to quilt for awhile w/o any pain and I so want to quilt up a storm. I haven't bought any quilting material in forever. I know I don't need anymore and yet it would be so nice to spoil myself. Not going to happen however because I'm sticking to my budget.

One thing I do know, when my debt is gone I'm going on a shopping spree.......I'll need a semi truck to haul the material home.

CJ I think you are doing great not buying any material. You have gone almost two months without buying any and I am proud of you.

See you are meeting the challenge that you set for yourself earlier this year.

Awe CJ, I'm sorry you're not feeling up to par yet. I hope you feel better every day and have a quick recovery. Good thinking on sticking to the budget since even though you would get instant gratification from the fabric, you know you would feel quilty not sticking to the budget.

I empathize with you Cj. It's tough when you're on a spend free referendum. I hope you get to feeling better soon.

Wishing you a speedy recovery, CJ. I haven't been quilting long, but I sure know how bad that fabric bug can hit a person!

    Homesteadmamma,
You are so great!!!! Did you know you have fans? I was wondering where you shop for fabric? I go to Shirleys Sewing Room in Moosomin, SK and Tigerlily Quilts in Estevan, SK. I'm in Brandon maybe 6 times a year and Winnipeg 2 times a year and have yet to find somewhere that I LOVE to visit.
