    Barbara, I was sewing yesterday and had to rethread the needle. Dd sat down while I was ironing some material and said "Gosh, Mom, how long is your leg???" because I'm always so anal and push the pedal away from me . . . even if I turn the machine off. She proceeded to poke fun at me for being sooooo careful . . . "duh, Mom"

    Hope you don't mind, but I just read your post to her to illustrate my point. She won't make fun of me again.
