I bought the ugliest fat quarter today I've ever seen

It is the ugliest piece of material I've ever seen. I thought I had seen some ugly material before, but this is something else.

The train departs first thing in the morning on its way to _________, and I can hardly wait until __________ gets it. I wonder if __________ will keep the ugly fat quarter or pass it on.

I saw a really neat sweater in a Threads book once. The designer did it to illustrate an art concept. One of her art instructors once asked them to pick the ugliest colours they could think of and compose with them.

She said it made some of the best art they did. She never forgot so one year she decided to do that with the sweater. She did pick some really ugly colours. pea green I think and a harsh fushia, yet when it was put together it was really something.

LOL maybe you are onto a truly great peice of art there homestead mama. Go for it!!!!
