PREVACID- $25 back from COPAY
My husband and my daughter both take prescripion Prevacid and the copay's have been about $80.00 a month because it is not the "preferred" medicine for United Healthcare. But the doctors office gave us $25.00 rebate forms per month- so now we get $50.00 a month back.

I believe the makers of Prevacid offer coupons if you register on their website.
