Refunds Are Getting Larger
There are a lot of $10 grocery refunds out now which makes me think its time to get serious about this hobby. This week I sent away for $110 in refunds two fifty dollar cellphone refunds and ten dollars from Colgate. The last few months I have been sending in rebate forms and watching the amounts get larger and larger. I previously thought most refunds were not worth the time and expense of a first class stamp but now with the larger refund amounts on groceries I've reconsidered.
Is anyone else starting to refund now that rebates are getting larger?

I'm getting better about it. I have $30 in refunds that I need to finish buying the items for and get sent off. I love getting the extra money especially after using a coupon for the items as well. That makes many of them almost free! :-)

I have but you really have to follow thru with them and check out who your dealing with ahead of time. Just got burned on one from tigerdirect where they said numbers didn't match up on the rebate etc. I sent in. I know I sent in everything they wanted and correctly. Looked online & this has happened to others before with this company. Make copies of everything and check them out ahead. Keep good records too so you don't forget what's what.
Good luck!~*Darlene*~

I like that fact that the refunds are larger, but it seems to me that it becomes harder to match them to sales/coupons because the number of things you have to buy increases - for the Colgate, I bought two different things and had to watch sales for 2 different items. The current General Mills is 10 different items. Even the Delmonte one is a combination.
That said, I continue. Of course, I even send off for the $1 ones - and anything TMF.Loving wife to DH (8/31/03) and Mommy to Owen Alexander (9/20/06) and Oliver Andrew (5/25/12)
