Thanks for posting this. As I was reading through the details, it says qualifying purchases must be made at participating retailers. Anybody know which stores are participating retailers?

Stores like CVS, grocery chains and such. It means that you can not purchase an aquafina at the local corner variety store or off a street vender and get a refund.

Thanks for the info, Cheryl. I know there was a rebate once for maybe Pfizer products that had to be purchased at specific stores, but the form didn't indicate which stores. A friend of mine bought hers at KMart and her rebate was rejected. It turned out KMart wasn't on the "list" of specific stores.
