TSK!! Don't you just LOVE game-players?

Put her on ignore.
She should be more grown up than this at 57. Jeez!

I think when her friends call looking for her you should calmly inform them that sadly, she has passed away, and if they would like to send a cash donation for flowers you would be very happy to put them on her grave.
LOL, ok, I'm only kidding. You can contact your local police department and fill out a report (copy down the number for future reference). This alerts them to the harrassment and if it continues you have a timeline and proper documentation. I would do this for each occurance. If her friend calls you can kindly ask them to pass on the information that the police have been notified of her antics and if she would like to continue with her inappropriate behavior she is more than welcome to. (Mind you this is not a threat but an invitation to continue more of the same behaviors.) More than likely she will stop.

I'd use the call display to my advantage. Then I'd team it up with an answering machine. Then you can record it. If it does keep up, I'd get the number changed and unlisted.
Otherwise, not much you can do.

I don't really know because I've never tried, but I wouldn't think the police would be too helpful in this situation. You'd be filing a report for what is essentially a case of her friends getting the wrong number. There are million different excuses you could come up with for that, you know? And were the women actually told to stop calling? Yeah, that's important. BUT, if it becomes a problem, you could always fake it, right? Just tell them you talked to the police.
And of course you can't really get someone in trouble for contacting your ex inlaws. They'd straight up laugh in your face over that.

oh no!!!
KILL HER WITH KINDNESS!!!
Invite her over (maybe out would be better)... be reeeeeaaallll super sickening sweet.
When you see her around town... RUN up to her!
Screeching and waving... "HIIIIIII!!!! Betty Boop! How are you!! I know it's been a while since DH divorced you and all... but wow! I can't believe you're like what? 57 now? WOW!!!
"
Nice and loud there...
so people can hear it.
"I REALLY like that color in your hair! It really hides the gray so well!"
"oh crap! I saw that shirt in the Walmart clearance section! did you get a great price on that?"
Of course... In a friendly innocent passive aggressive way.
Or not.
In all seriousness, if you ignore her... she'll go away. She'll eventually figure out that she's not making an impact on you and will take her talent elsewhere where she'll get noticed.

Ignore her. She wants attention. Don't give her any. Be the bigger person. But when opportunity arises, kill her with kindness. I have an ex-wife to deal with. After many tears I realized this was the best way to handle her.

all of you have great ideas`s and funny ones . killing her with kindness would probably work. Don`t let her see she get`s to you that`s just what she want`s .
it could be a lot worse at least your not working with her and have to see her every day.
