A stalker?! Oh no. I hope you have some means of protecting yourself.

Sorry...
You might look into a concealed weapons permit and some training in case the stalker tries something physical.Beak-1996, Toad-1998, and Q-1998

Fern,
I know you said the police will not help but I would make a report anyway.....Ask the local department if they will do coutesy checks by your place at odd times and check out the person or vehicle. Also, go to your local department and see if maybe you can talk to a female officier, A woman may see things more your way.
Are you in a home or apartment??? If you are in an apartment, see about the management company helping you out with this.
Do you know anyone that would go out and take pictures of her, of her car, and make sure to take pictures of the license plates.....and make it obvious what they are doing??? That way she gets the message that you guys are watching her too!
Maybe, you can do some checking on who she is.....
Can you find a pro-bono lawyer that would file a restraining order on her??
Take care of yourself and stay safe.

I don't think you need a lawyer to file a restraining order.

no, here in my state at least, you don't need a lawyer to file a restraining order. I did. Against my BIL. All it took was filing a complaint and going to court on the appointed day.

I'm curious. Do you Know who this person is or is she just some nutjob that suddenly appeared? And why is she sitting in guest parking at 1am? I'm missing part of the story it appears.
