    Smile Today is my anniversary

    ~11 years ago today, DH and I committed ourselves to each other for life. He's been a wonderful and supportive partner to me. Best of all, we love each other more now than we did back then. It is so very much worth riding out all the turbulence of the earlier years in marriage to get to this point!
    We are both very blessed to have parents who are still together as well as still in love. So that's our hope for our future as well.
    I don't think my husband truly knows how much he makes me happy. I'm a goal oriented person and before I knew him I had plans to do and accomplish all kinds of things. I'm not the biggest people person so I know I would have just been driven and focused on getting those items on my life list checked off. He showed up at a time in my life where I wasn't expecting to find a partner and I almost missed seeing how truly perfect he was for me.
    God has blessed our lives together and I am so thankful for the wonderful husband He gave me!~

    What a wonderful tribute to your husband. I hope he has a chance to read the words you wrote about him from the heart. Feeling that honored and appreciated is the best gift you could ever bestow upon him. Happy Anniversary and for the many, many more to come.

    so nice to hear that there are others out there like me who feel truly blessed and happy in their lives!

    marriage is the hardest job in the world! it takes alot of work along the way. work well worth it! imo...
