Yogurt is a great, guilt-free snack for both adults and kids. Making yogurt takes from 4 to 10 hours to process, depending on desired tartness of the batch. Many many years ago, Salton had a yogurt maker that made 5 individual cups. I used it all the time - fast easy - great yogurt!!
