I am trying to redesign my blog, but I just cannot figure out certain things. I would love to know if anyone here on FV could either design a template or walk me through it (might be easier to just design it for me as I seem to be kinda illiterate here).

What I am looking for is something that has a menu bar allowing me to split by blog into categories (ie Couponing, Home, Contact Me, Deals and Steals, etc)

I do not have a lot of $$ to spend and most seem to want over $60 for what I am looking for.

I am willing to pay or even barter for the service. I have books, craft supplies, stockpile items, coupons, and I am sure other stuff of interest.
