would you sell/buy....
would any of you sell or buy partial bottles of h&B products?
I have ALOT! Some have been used once, some are half full...some are brand new.
I have makeup, skincare, shampoo/conditioner, hair products, lotions, bar soap (new bars) and several bars of homemade-lye soap.
All of these things are just taking up space & I cannot possibly use all of them....some I just don't like.
I'm having a garage sale next weekend & I'm wondering whether to try to sell them. Not to make alot of money, just so that I don't throw them away.
Any opinions?

For me, I would neither sell or buy them.
I would suggest though that if you have family members or possibly a couple good friends that might use them rather than throwing them out.
Just my thoughts though.
btw - great question. It'll be interesting to read everyone's response.

I've actually sold makeup at yard sales and people just grab it up. Not new makeup, but stuff I've used. Same with lotions, tanning products, etc. If the price is right, it will sell. Just remember to give no guarantees about the items. Here they are, as is, for this price.

I would only buy from people I knew. My neighbor sold some makeup at her yard sale and I bought a few nearly new items that she tried and didn't like. And my sister and I swap ALL THE TIME!
I've sold things like that at yard sales and on ebay. If you used it a few times and didn't like the smell etc...I'd make that comment when someone picked it up....
Good Luck!!

Er, no, I am a bit funny with "Personal" stuff
I would suggest, that if you get stuck with it or anyone else has too much in the way of shampoo/Conditioner etc. that you can easily use shampoo as "Shower Soap" "Liquid Hand Soap"
Conditioner can be used "instead of" Fabric Conditioner ( make your clothes smell GREAT!
........)
Bar soap you could grate up and use to make "Home made laundry Soap"
Good Luck with the sale!

No, I wouldn't buy used personal items... but my sisters and I swap all the time.
I've never thought of selling them- I guess I would try it if my sisters didn't want whatever it was that I was getting rid of.

I sold some at a yard sale. Like you said, not to make money, just to get rid of it. Some sold, some did not.
