Default FOR SALE: MY FIRST MATH ADVENTURE, ADDING & SUBTRACTING

    My First Math Adventure

    Adding and Subtracting

    I'd like $10, plus $1 to ship.

My First Math Adventure for children 5-8 by Dorling Kindersley (DK) helps kids develop early math concepts.

Two lovable animal character, White Bear and Little Penguin guide children on a delightful adventure that will help kids develop problem solving skills, understand math symbols and learn how to use number up to 100. Three levels of difficulty ensure children are challenged as they progress.

Easy Adding introduces children to the concept of addition using real objects. Kids complete the sum by counting objects and dragging the right number of objects into the flashing box. Silly animations and lots of praise encourage children.

Countdown introduces children to subtraction. A number of objects are presented and players must click to take them away.

Using the Math Machine kids begin to use numbers and symbols in a fun way. Addition and subtraction problems are still presented with real objects and objects are crossed out to help with subtraction.

When kids complete all activities for their level they are challenged with the Supergame which encourages speedy mental arithmetic.

Hidden Pictures and Paint by Numbers help kids practice what they have learned. Children can print door signs, birthday cards, letterheads and invitations. The parent's section allows parents to track progress, print a number line and worksheets for math practice away from the computer.

This CD will give children lots of number practice and a system of rewards and positive reinforcement will help them gain confidence in early math. During game play children must choose and answer and click OK. They are not able to keep dragging objects until the answer is right.

Give your child the skills they need to succeed.
