    Default ISO Workout DVD's

    I have some workout videos, but they are VHS format, and that doesn't do me any good, since I need to work out when the boys are napping, and the VHS player is in the playroom, right off of Patrick's room.

    However, the DVD player is downstairs, away from the boys, and I'd really like to start working out.

    I do not have paypal, but can send concealed cash, or can trade for something you may be looking for if you send me a wishlist.

    Please describe any workout DVD's you may have, in case I'm not familiar with it.

    If you can't find any here Amy, ebay has bunches. Just bought a dvd version of one of my fav watp tapes there. My vcr ate my other tapes and is history. Good luck!

    I have a set of belly dancing dvds. It works the arms, hips/booty, and belly. It's either 4-5 total discs, I don't have the original cover for it. But if you're interested, I'll sell it to you cheap and find a case of somesorts for it.

    I just saw a 2 DVD set of aerobic exercises at the Dollar General store yesterday. It was only $5. If you want it, I'll pick it up for you and send it to you. I can do it free shipping through my work.

    Can't remember the work out lady's names.
