Default kind off topic but... Does anyone have a home for sale or rent w/options?

I am looking to relocate in about 6months to a year (dependant on my savings) but I am looking for a low cost home with owner financing or rent with option to buy, nothing high priced but something less than $40,000 even if it needs minor repairs I wouldnt mind just as long as it's in livable condition while repairs are being done.

I am hoping for Kansas, Kentucky, South Dakota, Arkansas or down south with low taxes

If anyone can help please let me know and PM with your terms. I can pay a few months in advance (enough to get me through till I find a job where I am relocating to).

    Thanks!

I guess I should add that it must have atleast 2 bedrooms and a decent size yard. You can ask me questions if you have something and I will respond when I can.

I have seen a lot of rent to own and low rent places in the classified before. Our local paper is www.jacksonville.com Jacksonville, FL is a city that's really developing. You can find lower rent on the Westside and some Southside, but like any city there are some areas you'd want to avoid. No state taxes down here too, which is great.

I would check on craiglist and post for free under housing wanted.
