    Cool SAF Instant Yeast

    ~I had to bulk buy to get my favorite brand of yeast. Thought I could share my good deal with you all! Instant yeast is added to the flour, no need to dissolve in liquid first. The bags are marked "Best by 07/08". This yeast stays fresh in the fridge after opening for 2 years and unopened, up to 15 years! Each 1 pound, vacuum sealed bag is equivelent to 64 of those little packets! Will make up to 128 loaves of bread. I'm asking $9 a bag which includes shipping. SAF yeast has a great website with recommendations and recipes you might want to check out.~
