    Default need yarn

Does anyone have any yarn to sell or trade? I crochet lap covers for the cancer center and also the childrens floor of the hospital. My stash is getting low and because of a recent divorce my money is low also. My email is:

    doggies_mom2005@yahoo.com

    Thanks,
    Stacy

Try yard sales and second hand stores...you can usually get loads for very little cost... Good luck... You're sure being a blessing to those people.

I knit as well. However I may have a solution for you. I was talking to one of the ladies that works for Walmart and she was telling me that all the yarn that is taken out of the wrapper, is thrown away. So why don't you contact your local walmart to see if they to do that? I would start by explaining what it is that you do with it.

    Let me know what happens.

Oh man, my sister just gave away a big box of yarn. Heck, she would have paid the postage to send it to you. How many skeins do you need to make a lap cover? I would be more than happy to buy and donate some yarn.
