In a large bowl, combine cheese, peppers, onions
and seasonings. Crumbled turkey over mixture and
mix well. Shape into four patties and brush with oil.

Grill on a greased indoor grill (or an outdoor grill on
low heat) for 2-3 minutes until the internal
temperature reads 165F and juices run clear.
Meanwhile, mix sour creme and ranch dressing in a
small bowl. Serve the burgers with sauce on buns.
