Spicy Brown Sugar Rub And Marinade
Mix together ingredients and store in a plastic container. Use 1 TB. per lb of meat. Rub in with an equal amount of oil at least an hour before cooking. Wonderful on steaks, ribs and beer can chicken. To use as a marinade, stir together 1 part mix, 1 part canola oil and 2 parts juice(apple, pineapple, orange, lemon, lime, even wine). Excellent when brushed onto shrimp and steak kabobs!
