Preparation Steps:1. Dissolve chicken bullion cubes in 1/2 cup water.
2. Melt butter over low heat in saucepan.
3. Gradually, stir in flour.
4. Continue stirring and gradually add half-and-half.
5. Add chicken bullion.
6. Increase heat to medium and continue stirring.
7. Cook until thickened.
8. Stir in Parmesan cheese and garlic powder, if desired.
